- You are very welcome in our private apartment. Here are some rules that you should know and will help your stay. To make sure that you will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, please read the house rules for private accommodation. During your stay please do not hesitate to contact me by calling or sending a message should you have any questions or any problems. Additional people are not allowed in the apartment. You will have 2 keys to this apartment. If you lose a key the compensation fee is 120 Euros. In Finland, we do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house. Socks or slippers are used inside the house. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. You can smoke on the terrace. There will be a minimum fee of 250 euros for cleaning if smoking inside occurs. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy and put all rubbish in the main bins which are located in the backyard. Failure to follow the cleaning rule, there will be a minimum fee of 120 euros. If they are any sand indoors, please use the vacuum cleaner and wash any dishes that you have used. Pets are welcome, only if it has been agreed separately. Don’t slam the doors – we know you´re strong ☺ The guests are requested not to disturb the neighbours from 22:00 to 08:00. On departure day the guests are required to leave the apartment 12:00 at the latest. The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged. We are not responsible for unforeseeable force majeure damages occured to the guests (natural phenomenon or power cut etc.).
